Hello, my name is James Hands and I own and run JAYS REMOVALS Ltd, with my family.
I have worked in the removals business for several years
and I have worked my way up from being a porter, to HGV Class 2 driver and then to becoming a supervisor at one of the largest
removals companies in the UK.
During
my time with this company, I went on many training courses and gained several
certificates. I thoroughly enjoyed my job but decided it was time to go one step further
and start my own business. With the help and support of my family thats what we did.
We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a high quality, old
fashioned personal service. Jays Removals Ltd is the only
removals company in Telford to have gained membership to the Guild Of Master Craftsmen.
This membership is given to us on the grounds that we provide excellent customer service
to our customers.
In order to stay a member,
we have to provide a high standard of service to ALL our customers at all times.
We have also provided proof of training courses our staff
have attended.
We
will meet you in person to give you a free quote and on the day of your move, I will be the driver of the van and over see the entire job from start to finish.
The staff that work with me have all worked and some still
work (part time) for several large removals companies, they have all been fully trained in all aspects of the removals business
